Scuola Vecchia (Old School in Italian) is Hunterdon County's newest and ONLY Neapolitan Pizzeria. Our oven was imported from Italy and is made by Pavesi and manufactured by the Fiero Group. Our oven is wood fired and cooks at 800 degrees producing a real and authentic Neapolitan Pizza.

Simply the best!
It's all about the ingredients. Although the key ingredients are simple, we only use the highest of quality. Our flour is OO Caputo flour straight from Italy. Our tomatoes are Ciao DOP San Marzano imported from Italy. And BelGioioso Mozzarella.
